How Fast can you swim 100 metres?

This weeks swim challenge is to swim 100m. Each week for the month of March we will be adding an extra 100m to your distance.

• Week 1 – 100m
• Week 2 – 200m
• Week 3 – 300m
• Week 4 – 400m
