March Fitness Challenge

How Fast can you swim 100 metres?

This weeks swim challenge is to swim 100m. Each week for the month of March we will be adding an extra 100m to your distance.

• Week 1 – 100m
• Week 2 – 200m
• Week 3 – 300m
• Week 4 – 400m

Test your swim speed against other members and post your time. Top Male + Female results will be posted weekly on social media. For more information and to sign up – see any of our Lifeguards. GOOD LUCK


Improver Swim Workshop Saturday 10th of March 2018

Improve your technique with our Free Member Swim workshop on Saturday the 10th of March with our lifeguard Fiona.

There are still a few places left in our 6.30pm class. Can’t make it to the 10th, don’t worry we will also be running the same workshop on Saturday the 24th of March at 6.30pm.
