Enjoy a full body workout with our great value tennis courses open to members & non members. Tennis is a great example of ‘weight bearing exercise’  i.e. when your body is upright and working against gravity (anything where the body is sustaining impact). Fantastic for bone health,  and increasing your flexibility, balance and coordination.

 

 

 

**Class Notice**

Please note there will be no evening Spin this Wednesday (30th August). Morning Spin on Thursday ( 31st August) will be replaced by a HiiT & Circuits Class in our Sports Hall.

There will be no classes (all categories) Thursday evening.
