BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Based on the principles of Pilates movements you will leave class feeling strong, exhilarated, stretched & focused. Takes place on our state of the art MultiRig & Sprint track. This versatile class combines strength & cardio for an amazing full body blast. Squats, farmers walk, prowler push & even boxing will be included in this short work out. Incinerate fat & burn lots of calories.


A combination of 30mins strength training, followed by 30 mins of Spinning cardio. The perfect combo in an hour. Do Strength or cardio, or do BOTH, the choice is yours.

Using various training methods, this class uses barbells and dumb bells to maximise compound movements to facilitate fat loss and building strength.

PHYSIOPILATES (Course – extra to timetable)

A total body-conditioning programme, pilates exercises are designed to build what’s called a ‘girdle of strength’ by focusing on abdominal and postural muscles. Instructor is a qualified Physiotherapist.


With class variations of Strength, Endurance and interval training; Spinning will challenge all your training systems, while improving your bike fitness.
