Please note that this Friday February 28th you can Bring A Friend For Free to any 1 of the 6 classes that are on our timetable.
The class schedule for the day is:
6:45am Les Mills™ BodyPump™
6:45am Functional Training
1pm Kettlebells & Core
6.30pm Les Mills™ GRIT™
7.05pm Spin H.I.I.T
Please ensure that you & your friend arrive with lots of time to get signed in & set up for the class prior to the start of the class itself.
