Thank you to all of our members who have been attending our group fitness classes for the last number of weeks.

Following on from the latest Government announcements & guidelines, which can be read up upon here, we continue our focus on providing enjoyable & professional classes in as safe & as positive a manner as can be albeit in drastically reduced numbers of 6 per class.

We hope to accomodate the demand for spaces in these classes but please bear with us as we all try to figure all of this out!
