COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) UPDATE FOR SPORTSCO MEMBERS (30TH MARCH 2020; 14:00HRS)
Sportsco is continuing to follow the Government's instructions to stay closed during the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) crisis.
While we are a large facility we have a small pool of staff to operate the business so we ask you to please bear with us as there are no policies, procedures or any kind of playbook to call upon as this time.
The direct debit payments for April were not processed & will not be set up again until we reopen whenever that may be. For the time lost in March from when we closed at end of business on Sunday 15th, this time will be credited onto your membership. This will be the same for any annual or upfront or short term memberships.
We want to do anything we can to help you to stay active & to look after both your mental & physical health while maintaining a physical distance, staying within a 2KM radius & minimising in person social interaction to those within your household.
We would also like to thank the many messages of support that have come through to us via the above listed social media channels, directly to staff themselves & by email. These are unprecedented times that we are all living in right now so along the way there may be mistakes made.
Lets work together & continue to being active, being healthy & to be stronger & more resilient when we make it through this.
