Takes place on our state of the art MultiRig & Sprint track. This versatile class combines strength & cardio for an amazing full body blast. Squats, farmers walk, prowler push & even boxing will be included in this short work out. Incinerate fat & burn lots of calories.

Kettlebells & Core

From strengthening the key muscles of the lower body to challenging the muscles of the core & upper body, kettlebells truly are a highly effective training tool for improving total-body strength. Combine this with all the benefits of core training for a complete workout.
