SPORTSCO Return & Refund Policy/Retail
- A full exchange or refund will be offered to all customers in possession of a valid receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached or in the original packaging within 28 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Please note that a refund back to a credit/debit card can take between 5 and 10 working days.
- Because of the nature of some products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on swimwear/shoes that have had the tags and/or hygiene sticker removed, nose/ear plugs and nappies that have been removed from their original packaging.
- These conditions do not take away your rights under the consumer protection law if the goods are faulty.
